Portuguese manager José Mourinho is reportedly set for a sensational return to Real Madrid, with multiple reports that a verbal agreement has already been reached between both parties.
According to emerging reports from Spain and several transfer insiders, Mourinho has agreed in principle to a two-year contract that would see him return to the Santiago Bernabéu for a second spell as manager. Official paperwork is now believed to be the final step before the deal is formally announced.
The development comes shortly after growing uncertainty surrounding Real Madrid’s managerial situation following a disappointing campaign.
