Portuguese manager José Mourinho is reportedly set for a sensational return to Real Madrid, with multiple reports that a verbal agreement has already been reached between both parties.

According to emerging reports from Spain and several transfer insiders, Mourinho has agreed in principle to a two-year contract that would see him return to the Santiago Bernabéu for a second spell as manager. His 2011/12 side also set several records in Spain, including the highest points tally and most goals scored in a single La Liga season at the time. Many fans and analysts credit Mourinho for laying the foundation for the club’s later dominance in Europe, including their historic “La Décima” UEFA Champions League triumph in 2014.

Since leaving Madrid in 2013, Mourinho has managed several top European clubs including Chelsea, Manchester United, Tottenham Hotspur, AS Roma, and Fenerbahçe.

While neither Mourinho nor Real Madrid have officially confirmed the move, expectations continue to grow that an announcement could arrive in the coming days if all documents are successfully completed.

The World Health Organization (WHO) has declared the ongoing Ebola outbreak in parts of Central and East Africa a Public Health Emergency of International Concern (PHEIC), following a rising number of infections and fatalities in the Democratic Republic of the Congo and Uganda.

Health officials confirmed that the outbreak has recorded more than 300 suspected cases and at least 88 deaths, with transmission clusters concentrated in eastern regions of the Democratic Republic of the Congo and cross-border infections detected in Uganda.

According to the WHO, the decision to declare a PHEIC is aimed at accelerating international coordination, mobilizing emergency funding, and strengthening containment measures, rather than signaling uncontrolled global spread.

Despite the severity of the outbreak, WHO officials emphasized that the situation does not meet the criteria for a pandemic. The organization also stated that there is no medical or epidemiological justification for closing international borders at this stage.

Instead, global health authorities are urging countries to focus on enhanced surveillance, rapid case detection, contact tracing, and infection prevention measures to contain the virus at its source.

The outbreak involves the Ebola virus disease, specifically linked to a less common strain that has historically shown high fatality rates and limited treatment options.

Health experts warn that the virus remains highly contagious through direct contact with bodily fluids of infected individuals or contaminated surfaces, making healthcare settings and close-contact communities particularly vulnerable.

Emergency response teams in both affected countries have been deployed to expand isolation units, improve laboratory testing capacity, and support vaccination and treatment efforts where available. Cross-border coordination between Congo and Uganda has also been intensified to track movement-linked infections.

The WHO stated that early containment remains critical, especially in regions with limited healthcare infrastructure and ongoing population movement across borders.

Further updates are expected as surveillance data is refined and response operations continue across both countries.

Power explained that while screenwriting felt more lonely and demanding than acting, the process became deeply fulfilling because it allowed her to tell an honest story about love in all its forms; the joy, the heartbreak, and the healing that follows.

Popular Nollywood actor Deyemi Okanlawon has sparked widespread conversation online after revealing that he would willingly step away from acting to become a stay at home husband if his wife earned between $1 million and $10 million annually.

The actor made the statement during a recent appearance on the Tea With Tay podcast hosted by Taymesan, where he discussed marriage, masculinity, financial roles in relationships, and modern family dynamics.

In a clip from the interview that has since gone viral across social media platforms, Okanlawon said:

“If my wife makes $1–10 million per annum, I’ll quit acting and be a house husband. I will carry my children to school and cook even though I don’t know how to cook.”

Gospel singer Ebuka Songs has responded strongly to past criticism surrounding a 2024 worship moment he shared with Nollywood actors Alex Ekubo and IK Ogbonna, where he led an intimate worship session that went viral online.

In a reflective post shared on Instagram, the singer recalled how he was criticized by some people who questioned why he would worship with individuals they described as “unbelievers” or why he would associate with them at all.
